Explore our therapy and coaching sessions designed to support your mental health and well-being.
Assessment: Your coach will conduct a 90 minute intake and ask questions to understand your current mental health state, including challenges you face, triggers, and any relevant personal history. You will discuss what you hope to achieve through coaching, whether it's managing stress, improving sleep, developing coping mechanisms, or something else entirely.
This is a goal-oriented approach to tackling a range of life’s everyday challenges, from sleep issues and creating healthy routines, to communication and stress management. Coaches support clients in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self management strategies for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle and behavior changes.

In Florida, healthcare providers cannot charge patients for copies of records if the request is for continuing medical care. For other personal requests, individual practitioners can charge up to $1.00 per page for the first 25 pages and $0.25 for each additional page. Practitioners regulated by the Florida Board of Medicine (such as family doctors and specialists) are governed by Florida Administrative Rule 64b8-10.003: [1, 2]
A charge for paperwork is not unusual, and is growing increasingly common as offices become more loaded with requests to do it. The charge is a flat rate based on up to 3 pages or a 45 minute review. Any time after that will be documented and charge in 15 minute increments at the provider hourly cost. This includes but is not limited to an extensive chart review and medical decision making.
